3 BATHROOM REVAMP
This townhouse needed it’s 3 bathrooms to be updated. 1 Master Bathroom, a Second Bathroom and Third small Bathroom. Master Bathroom was a complete overhall, and the remaining bathrooms hasd to match but not a complete re-do.
4 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE
This project was a full house renovation. 1 Kitchen, 3 Bathrooms, 4 Bedrooms, Living Room and Den. Overall the client wanted to modernize the home, whilst still keeping a mountain feel. We achieved this by bringing in some bold feature walls, modern furniture, wood accents and subtle black details.
4 BEDROOM HOME
This property had some real potential. The new owner wanted the property to look more modern and really liked the Studio McGee style. We removed all the bear statues and dark features that were making the place un-inviting. We replaced it with a new coat of paint, modern sofa, armchairs, stools, dining table, area rugs and styling accents. The client was really happy with the final product and couldn’t wait to entertain in her new space.
1 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE
This was a small property in need of some big ideas. The place was dark and everything looked really dated. The client didn’t want to spend too much money so we had to be smart where we invested the budget. Number 1 was definitely to update the kitchen, number 2 was install wood flooring and number 3 was a new coat of warm white paint. We kept a lot of existing furniture but it was amazing how a few new soft furnishings and some modern decor changed this place into a beautiful space.
2 BEDROOM UNIT
This property was in need of a spruce up! The bedding was really dated as was the artwork. The client only wanted to update a few things so those were the two things we tackled as well as a new area rug and some modern lighting. It was a small budget but we achieved some big changes.
PROPERTY REVAMP
The Sunstone building was in need of a paint and carpet refresh. After exploring the usual green shades the building has – my gut was to do something more dramatic and create contrast with the beautiful wood beams the building has. Benjamin Moores Day’s End added a touch of class and Mountain Peak White brightend up the hallways.
