This was a small property in need of some big ideas. The place was dark and everything looked dated. The client had a tight budget so we had to be smart where we invested the money. Number 1 was definitely to update the kitchen, number 2 was install wood flooring and number 3 was a new coat of warm white paint. We kept a lot of existing furniture but it was amazing how a few new soft furnishings and some modern decor changed this place into a beautiful space.
